London-based ServiceNow Development Lead / Senior Developer required to join an established delivery team. This is a hands-on role combining high-output development with responsibility for supporting and guiding an existing offshore development team.
The role suits someone who wants to be part of the core delivery team, contributing directly to build while helping maintain delivery quality and pace across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ServiceNow development and configuration
- Support and guide an offshore development team
- Review work, provide technical direction, and resolve delivery issues
- Work as part of the onshore delivery team (1–2 days per week onsite)
Requirements
- Proven ServiceNow Senior Developer / Development Lead experience
- Strong hands-on development and configuration capability
- Experience supporting offshore delivery teams
- ServiceNow certifications required
- Willing to work onsite in London 1–2 days per week
