Excellent opportunity to join a global leading IT MSP and preferred partner of the UK MOD. Due to demand my client is looking for 2 Service Desk Architects able to work on site at Basingstoke.

What do I need?

• Experience designing, installing and supporting IT service desk workflows and systems ideally with technologies like – Service Now, Freshworks, ManageEngine, BMC Helix, Cherwell or similar
• Core knowledge on infrastructure tools like – Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SQL, SQL Server or PKI and Certificate Management
• Experience working in ITSM/ITIL environment – Certifications are highly desirable
• Experience working with on – prem, hybrid cloud and cloud native environments
• Eligible for high level DV clearance – if not already certified
