Project Architect – Retail Focus
Are you an experienced Project Architect with a passion for retail design and delivery? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a high-profile retail project from inception to completion.
- Managing project administration, coordination, and client relationships.
- Ensuring designs align with UK Building Regulations and technical requirements.
- Overseeing retail fit-out and delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborating with a team, contributing expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
- Working hybrid (1-2 days remote) with an agile, supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in retail architecture, ideally with fit-out experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills.
- A problem-solver with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
