AI Engineer – Python, LangGraph, LLMs, Agentic AI
Oliver Bernard is supporting a rapidly scaling SaaS company as they make a pivotal first hire into their AI function. In this role, you’ll evolve and expand their Agentic AI stack, introduce new capabilities, and help define the next generation of agentic workflows across the platform.
They’re looking for an engineer with practical experience shipping agentic systems, solid understanding of modern AI models, and the ability to operate in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments. You’ll collaborate directly with the CTO, shaping both technical direction and product impact while owning key parts of the AI roadmap.
What they’re looking for:
- 1–2+ years building agentic applications
- Strong Python and LangGraph fundamentals
- MCP familiarity is a bonus
- Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration patterns, and model optimisation/tuning
