Forward Deployed Engineer – Series B Scale-Up

Are you a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Software Engineer with Consultancy experience and looking for a new role?

OB have partnered, with a scale-up B2B SaaS business, fresh off and incredibly successful Series B round of funding, who are looking to expand their UK operation, and bring in several Forward Deployed Engineers to their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered growth workflows for internal use and customer solutions, refine their services approach, and use their platform to improve processes and explore new opportunities.
• Work with teams across the business to launch and iterate on new features, track key metrics, and share insights with leadership.
• Support UX research and contribute hands-on product testing and feedback to improve usability and the overall customer experience.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Consultancy based Software Engineering role ⚙️
