As the IT Operations Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop the IT function to ensure the organisation’s technology environment remains secure, efficient, and resilient. You will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, oversee the maintenance and continual improvement of our infrastructure, and provide clear strategic direction for cloud, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives. In this senior role, you will act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues while offering strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the IT team. You will drive operational excellence, embed best practices, and ensure the IT function effectively supports the organisation’s goals.
