Site Administrator – DHL Supply Chain

Location: Manchester Airport, M90 1QX | Contract: Permanent (Full-Time) | Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 | Grade: RCS grade O | Shift: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

A Typical Day Involves

• Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence


• Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems


• Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents as required


• Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering


• Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff

Who this role would suit

• Confident in IT systems, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office


• Experience in creating communications/notices; Power BI knowledge would be advantageous


• Good customer service skills and professional in manner


• Strong attention to detail


• Aviation knowledge (Desirable)

Security and Compliance

To obtain a full airside ID you must:

• Provide five years of address history


• Provide five years of reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)


• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
