Join to apply for the Services Manager role at TieTalent. We have a great opportunity within The Richmond Fellowship Scotland for a Services Manager to join our dynamic management team, based in our Kirkcaldy office.

Salary - £43,731 per annum

Responsibilities

• Create effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure TRFS is represented in key partnership forums.
• Contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with continual development in both practice and policy.
• Lead a team of Team Leaders and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for both staff and the individuals supported.

Essential criteria

• SVQ level 4 in Care/Management
• Driving licence and access to a car is essential

Interview

As part of the interview process you will give a presentation to the team; subject matter will be disclosed on confirmation of interview.
