Full Stack Engineer (Senior)

About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a small team where you can have a large impact on the overall development of our software. You will help shape the product from the ground up, participate in architecture and design discussions, choose appropriate languages and technologies, and be hands‑on with development and deployment. You will mentor and manage junior engineers, collaborate with other teams to deliver projects, define technical specifications, work with the business on wider operations, and interact closely with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Shape product architecture, design, and technology stack
- Develop and deploy full‑stack applications
- Mentor and manage junior engineers
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects
- Define technical specifications and take requirements
- Build greenfield projects from start to finish
- Work with clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience building full‑stack applications
- Experience with 3D vector graphics (WebGL, OpenGL)
- Previous experience in computer graphics or computer vision projects is a plus
- Led teams and worked directly with clients and cross‑functional teams
- Managed or mentored junior staff
