We are currently looking for Graduate level Cisco Technicians based in Berkshire, UK. This position is suitable for technical graduates with a passion to learn and develop within a global technology company.

Excellent training and progression provided for those with the correct attributes and willingness to learn and progress.

Cisco certifications including CCNA/CCNP or currently working towards them would be highly desirable.

Passion for infrastructure technology, and a can‑do attitude is essential along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpret diagrams/spreadsheets provided by other internal teams to clarify project objectives.
• Scope hardware availability.
• Regular communication (email, internal tools and voice/video calls) with project teams to provide status updates and request any needed clarification.
• Physical rack & stack of equipment.
• Cabling and initial configuration of hardware.
• Low‑level troubleshooting: re‑imaging devices, memory configuration, password recovery, etc.
• Receiving hardware deliveries.
• Adding/tagging new devices and adding to inventory databases.
