We are looking for a CRM Developer to join a well-established hospitality company. You will drive innovation and deliver engaging, high-performing campaigns across a diverse brand of portfolios.

What You’ll Do:

1. Build dynamic email templates and automation journeys across email, web, app, and loyalty channels using Braze and other platforms.
2. Collaborate with the CRM and Digital teams to implement high-quality, data-driven campaigns that retain customers and increase lifetime value.
3. Develop and optimise CRM capabilities, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and excellent customer experience.
4. Support ongoing integration of new channels, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform functionality.
5. Ensure campaigns are mobile-first, responsive, and GDPR-compliant, with strong QA processes and analytics insight.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in CRM development, ideally with Braze or similar platforms.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS/SASS, SQL, JS/JQuery, and comfortable with additional languages (e.g., Ruby, Python).
• Strong understanding of CDPs, segmentation, personalisation, and multichannel CRM strategies.
• A proactive, agile mindset with a knack for turning complex challenges into scalable solutions.
