CNC Miller

Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week

Based in Dartford

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team in Dartford. This role involves machining high-quality components to tight tolerances, working from detailed technical drawings within a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, Setting and operating CNC 3 axis milling machines
• Producing precision components to specification and fine tolerances
• Familiarity of working with Heidenhein controls would be advantageous
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Selecting appropriate tooling and materials
• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish
• Maintaining machines and ensuring safe operation
• Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment
• Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to workload and deadlines
