As the UK’s regulator for the energy industry, Ofgem works on behalf of energy consumers to ensure that every household and business can rely on a safe and environmentally sustainable energy supply. We are developing a new digital service to support the heat network industry and facilitate our regulatory activity.

This is an opportunity for an experienced hybrid project manager and Scrum Master to join the heat networks team, working to develop the new digital service in support of new regulations. We seek someone with experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies, who can coach delivery teams toward rapid, incremental delivery, run end‑to‑end projects (Waterfall) and lead agile ceremonies. The candidate must be comfortable working with SROs, steering groups and reporting programme‑level risks, issues, deliverables and milestones.
