Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate high-quality front-end coding samples and scenarios to facilitate AI model training.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists to refine training datasets.
- Evaluate and annotate code generated by AI to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
- Analyze AI performance on frontend development tasks, identifying strengths and improvement areas.
- Update and maintain a library of best practices and coding standards for AI training.
- Communicate insights and feedback clearly to cross‑functional team members.
- Champion the importance of robust written and verbal communication within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in frontend engineering roles.
- Hands‑on experience with React, Vue, and Angular frameworks.
- Strong track record in designing and developing complex frontend applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in code review, documentation, and collaborative software development.
- Passion for building high‑quality, user‑centric solutions and training the next generation of AI.
Preferred Qualifications
