Bristol (3 days onsite)

The Role

Peaple Talent has partnered with a financial services company with an entrepreneurial and innovative view. They are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who is looking for progression into a cloud/devops role, you will work closely with the IT infrastructure team for on infrastructure tasks and will be integrating new technologies into the build and release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of modern enterprise IT infrastructure
• Understanding of Devops methodology
• Automated cloud infrastructure
• Support the Production(and Non-Production) Environments and work with the Infrastructure Team on Support escalations

Candidate qualifications

• Experience with Powershell
• .NET experience is desirable but not essential
• Networking skills such as (packet tracing, understanding of NAT, subnetting and routing, DNS) Proactive, resourceful, and able to use initiative
• Exposure to AWS or Azure
• Windows server 2019 upwards
