IT Service Desk

Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk professional to join their team. This role will be full-time, with the expectation of supporting users and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. The successful candidate will be integral in maintaining a seamless IT experience across the organisation.

Job Duties:

• Provide first-line support for IT-related queries and issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Assist users with system navigation and application support.
• Document and track issues in the ticketing system to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Conduct regular system checks to keep operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to users on new processes or systems.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
