Who We’re Seeking

• Seasoned mid‑level Software Engineer with up to 6+ years of hands‑on Python experience.
• Familiarity with AWS Serverless and related technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Solid skills in Pandas, Polars, Pytest, Postgres, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in Agile methodologies, Domain‑Driven Design, and event‑driven architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead core capabilities for the Client Onboarding Value Stream.
• Bring to life our loosely‑coupled event‑based architectural vision.
• Elevate user experiences and process‑based outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to collective growth.

Process

• Zoom call with the technical lead (60 min): discuss your career journey and skills.
• Face‑to‑face session with the team (90 min): collaborate on an exercise, showcasing your skills and working style.
• Zoom calls with the executive team (30 min each): explore industry insights and the company’s role.
