Applications Analyst (Operations & Engineering)

Experience

Minimum 5+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in application support.

Job Purpose

As an Applications Analyst (O&E), you will be responsible for maintaining our application support environment, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operational performance. You”ll collaborate with internal teams, lead small-scale projects, and support key systems used across our operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the application support environment and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Lead small-scale projects related to application support, customization, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with strong background in application support.
• Proven experience in application customization, integration, and implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT risk, security, and continuity management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with O&E applications

• PI System
• ePTW
• PMS, Kelton, AMS Suite, or similar tools used in the Oil & Gas sector
