MERJE is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Lead for a prestigious law firm in Manchester. The role manages firm‑wide AML policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial crime prevention within the legal sector.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 1 day remote per week) with occasional travel to Liverpool and London

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Degree‑level education
• Minimum 4 years' AML/Compliance experience in a law firm

• Experience beyond KYC and onboarding processes
• Proactive approach and commitment to developing expertise in AML
