Private Funds Lawyer (Interim) – Private Equity Asset Manager

We’re looking for an interim lawyer to step into a pivotal role, bridging an unexpected gap within a high-performing and well-regarded team. This role offers real responsibility, exposure to complex matters, and the chance to add value from day one.

What we’re looking for

• 4–7 PQE (candidates slightly above or below this range will also be considered)
• Strong private funds experience, ideally advising on closed-ended fund structures across Luxembourg and UK funds
• Experience working with or alongside private equity sponsors
• Broader corporate and commercial experience is a definite plus
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in an interim setting
