Rehoming Partner Manager – Midlands & South England. Join Agria Pet Insurance, a leading specialist pet insurer, to support rehoming partners with tailored guidance, onboardings, and growth strategies. This role covers the Midlands and the South of England; you must live within this territory to be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting existing partners through onboarding, training, and exceptional customer service
- Actively recruiting new partners and identifying fresh opportunities for collaboration
- Driving partner engagement to boost activations, retention, and sales performance
- Planning your territory effectively to meet business targets and sustainability goals
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and events to expand brand awareness
- Staying on top of market trends and delivering timely, insightful reporting
- Leading engaging partner training sessions while upholding FCA compliance
- Working towards clearly defined KPIs that reflect Agria's industry-leading standards
What We're Looking For
- A passionate advocate for animal welfare with experience in the UK rehoming sector
- A field sales pro with a proven track record in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments
- A skilled relationship builder with strategic thinking and a drive for growth
- Deep knowledge of pet health, welfare, and related industry networks
- Tech-savvy and highly organised with CRM proficiency and Microsoft 365 skills
- Energetic, resilient, and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who lives within the territory and can represent Agria with professionalism and purpose
