This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of Group accounting, lead transactional and payroll teams, and ensure robust processes and compliance across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial results, budgets, and forecasts for Group reporting.
- Manage statutory returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and 13-week cash flow submissions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the integrity of financial systems.
- Oversee payroll delivery and collaborate with FP&A teams for optimal financial outcomes.
- Mentor and develop your team while driving process improvements and leveraging technology.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and multi-site operations
- Experience with budgets, statutory accounting, and external audits
- Knowledge of Navision ERP
- Background in manufacturing or project accounting
