Description
- Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance and advisory services.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Review and oversee the preparation of personal tax returns and related computations.
- Identify opportunities for tax savings and planning for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and development.
- Assist with tax investigations and liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of relevant updates.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:
- A strong background in tax, particularly in private client tax within the professional services industry.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios and delivering tailored tax advice.
- Excellent technical knowledge of tax legislation and compliance requirements.
