Audit & Accounts Senior / ManagerLocation: BristolSalary: £50,000 – £65,000 (DOE) | Full-Time | Hybrid Working Available
About the Role
This established and growing firm is looking for a skilled professional to join their team in a flexible audit-focused role. You’ll either take on a 50/50 split of audit and general practice work or focus purely on audit, depending on your strengths and preferences.
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience, and confident managing client relationships, leading audits, and reviewing accounts.
What you will be doing
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for limited companies
- Supporting corporate and personal tax compliance where relevant
- Managing client relationships and mentoring junior staff
- Working closely with partners and the wider management team
What my client is looking for
- ACA/ACCA qualified or QBE
- Strong audit experience (essential)
- Practice background with experience across audit, accounts, and tax (for mixed role)
- Confident managing jobs and communicating directly with clients
- Ideally 5-6 years post-qualified experience for top-end salary bracket
