Residential Asset Manager – PRS/BTR

We’re working with a well-capitalised, residential platform to appoint an Asset Manager to support the performance and growth of a PRS-led portfolio with some BTR exposure. This is a hands-on, execution-led role, offering genuine ownership of assets and the opportunity to work closely with senior asset management, investment and development teams.

The Asset Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day and strategic performance of a residential portfolio, including:

• Delivering business plans, budgets and reforecasts
• Driving NOI, rental growth, occupancy and customer retention
• Managing capex and revex programmes, refurbishments and value-add initiatives
• Overseeing operating partners, managing agents and consultants
• Ensuring full compliance with residential legislation
• Contributing to valuations, reporting and investment committee materials
• Supporting BTR pipeline assets through modelling assumptions and stabilisation

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Solid experience in PRS, BTR or residential-led asset management
• A delivery-focused mindset with strong commercial judgement
• Hands-on experience managing budgets, capex and operating partners
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders in an institutional environment
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
