Role: The Influencer & Creator Manager will lead the development of influencer campaigns, creator partnerships and user-generated content strategies to elevate brand visibility and engagement. You’ll combine creativity with operational rigour, ensuring campaigns deliver results while staying authentic and on-brand.

Role Highlights

• Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators that reflect brand values
• Design and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and usage rights with talent partners
• Oversee content quality and make light edits using tools like CapCut and TikTok
• Track campaign performance, reporting on engagement and ROI

You Will Need

• 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent management
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to deliver successful creator campaigns across social channels
• A keen eye for engaging social-first content and metrics that matter
• Confidence in basic content editing and campaign management tools
