Responsibilities

• Manage your own customer ledger
• Set up new customer accounts & credit limits
• Resolve queries quickly with customers & colleagues
• Report on ledger performance to management

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control is advantageous
• Experience in customer service
• Strong communicator with a proactive approach
• Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing debt ledgers
