Real Estate experience or sales experience is preferred but NOT essential, as we look for motivated individuals with transferrable skills who have the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Daily calls and contact to potential sellers, buyers and developers
- Keep the property database updated and well-managed
- Build strong relationships with developers, owners, and investors
- Attend launches and house viewings
- Negotiate deals and manage transactions with professionalism and confidence
- Keep organised, compliant records and deliver exceptional client service every step of the way
- Provide clients with market insights and detailed information on new developments, pricing, and trends
- Maintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and quality standards
- Represent Exclusive Links with professionalism and integrity at all times

Important notes
- Roles are commission only, but offer uncapped tax free earnings, so you NEED a sufficient amount of savings behind you.
- The role is sales, sales, sales - the industry is very competitive
- We need agents who can drive and hold a valid drivers license that can be converted over to a UAE license when here.
