The Company

Reach International is currently recruiting an Advisory Senior Manager on behalf of its client to be based in their Guernsey, Channel Islands office. The role will focus on Risk & Regulation within Financial Services

The Role

• Supporting clients in assessing risks facing their business and designing the control environment
• Advising clients by reducing the risks of Financial Crime and addressing regulatory requirements
• Aiding clients in their relationship with the regulator and addressing regulatory findings
• Assisting clients in developing efficient ways of managing risk and regulatory requirements through automation
• Building both client relationships and internal relationships across the Advisory teams

What we are looking for:

• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA and CAMS qualified
• Knowledge of risk and regulation within a Financial Services market, and/or AML requirements
• Minimum of 4 years working with Financial Services clients with at least 2 years of consulting/project experience
• Exceptional client service, relationship and delivery skills
• Ability to lead cross discipline teams and manage teams
• Ability to develop business externally across networks
