About the Position

Hours Per Week: Full time, permanent 37 hours per week

Rotating shifts: 8am–4pm and 1pm–9pm, plus on-call duty one weekend in every eight.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £27,636

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Analyst (Grade 1) to join our Microbiology department in Wakefield. This is a key position within our analytical operations, ensuring that all samples are processed to the required standards, quantities and deadlines, in line with our Quality Management System (QMS). Acting as a role model for excellence, you’ll provide day-to-day supervision and technical support to analysts, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service delivery.
