A client based in Sussex is recruiting for Estates Manager on an interim basis for the course of 6 months.

Location: Sussex

Working pattern: 2 days per week in the office or on site

Rate: Negotiable

To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

• Estates Management experience – leasehold management and service charge matters
• Experience working alongside healthcare companies or the NHS
• Hold RICS, MRICS or FRICS
