Transaction Tax Specialist Wanted

We are actively looking for Manager level corporate tax specialists to join the Transaction Tax Team. You’ll be diving into transactions from the get-go, giving advice to minimize tax exposure, and leveraging relationships post-deal for more opportunities. You’ll support M&A and capital transactions and help with ongoing tax matters for portfolio companies.
The day to day:
- Manage and deliver tax projects with a focus on both technical and commercial aspects.
- Conduct tax due diligence, review businesses for tax issues, and assist with tax structuring for efficient operations.
- Lead and develop junior staff, and manage project delivery.
- Get involved in business development and identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in corporate tax within a professional services or a legal environment.
- Strong technical knowledge in M&A Tax Deals, due diligence, and tax structuring.
- Excellent communication skills, client-driven and commercially-minded.
- A team player with a flexible attitude.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) and/or CTA (or equivalent).
