About the role

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Manager Risk Steward who has a strong understanding of financial crime and Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) products offered to HSBC UK’s retail and Private Bank (PB) customers.

Our Risk and Compliance function in the Second Line of Defence (2LOD) has a critical role to play in supporting, challenging and advising across all areas of the business. We focus on creating an environment that encourages our people to speak up and do the right thing, as well as protecting our customers, the organisation and the integrity of the financial markets in which we operate.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Risk & Compliance team responsible for providing financial crime guidance and advice to colleagues on financial crime matters involving WPB products, advising on, supporting and overseeing the implementation of financial crime controls and risk management activities in compliance with HSBC UK’s regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
