This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and growing accountancy practice in Guildford with a strong focus on collaboration, technical excellence, and career development. You will support a high-quality client portfolio of Owner Managed Businesses, fast-growth SMEs, and international companies, offering the chance to work on complex compliance and a growing pipeline of advisory work.

You will work closely with experienced Managers and Partners, gaining exposure to a range of tax issues while being supported to develop your technical knowledge and client-facing confidence.

Your Role Will Include:

• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations and returns
• Assisting with tax advisory projects, including restructuring, capital allowances, and R&D claims
• Liaising directly with clients and HMRC
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing
• Working collaboratively with the wider business to deliver excellent service

About You:

• ACA / ACCA and/or CTA qualified or part-qualified
• Experience in corporate tax compliance within a UK accountancy firm
• A genuine interest in developing advisory skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
