Residential Surveyor

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients are looking a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands area on a Consultancy basis. Our clients provide PI insurance, admin support and are looking for a Surveyor that can carry out Level 1 and 2 Surveys. Leads are provided however our clients are also keen to speak to candidates who can self-generate leads.

Working hours:

• The role is available on a part-time basis working 2/3 days per week
• Remote working

Our client is offering the successfulResidential Surveyor:

• £30,000 - £50,000 OTE
• 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor
• Leads provided

Residential Surveyorrequirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
• Commercial experience is advantageous.
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
