Senior Programmes Manager/Producer - Capital Markets (LATAM)

The Company is a mid-size, fast growing conference, awards and insights business, operating across the global capital markets sectors.

We are seeking a Senior Programmes Manager/Producer to take ownership of the full production process for our fastest growing event, a 2-day Capital Markets event based in LATAM. The event attracts around 500 attendees and 80+ speakers and is growing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full conference production cycle for the 2-day event.
• Work remotely to produce high-quality events.

Requirements:

• Proven conference production background (ideally from a major conference organiser)
• Conference production experience within the capital markets or finance sector is desirable.
• Professional, credible, and strong at networking.
• Able to work remotely, with candidates living in the LATAM region being desirable.
