Asset Administrator
Synergize Consulting is hiring for an Asset Administrator to work at a leading client in the defence sector, on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will work within the IT & Technology function and will oversee the management and administration of software assets related to the client's cutting edge products and services.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing renewal documentation, compiling software usage and entitlement data, and tracking key renewal dates.
- Maintain accurate records of software licenses, including purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals.
- Input and update software license and usage data within the appropriate asset management tools.
- Support administrative aspects of renewals and agreements.
- Engage with procurement and software vendors to obtain renewals and quotes for licences.
Qualifications
- A strong administrative background, with the ability to analyse and organise large data sets.
- Previous experience in using SAP would be highly desirable.
- Any experience with managing assets or licences would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong skills in using Excel for data recording.
- An all-round IT knowledge would be desirable.
- An excellent eye for detail, and good organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate with, engage stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
