Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee a well‑known hospitality business near the Bristol area. The role suits someone coming from a strong hospitality finance background, who is commercially driven and can lead, drive and deliver the financials effectively. Our client is a fast‑growing company with an impressive portfolio throughout the UK, providing future career development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing month‑end P&L statements.
- Managing a small finance team.
- Forecasting weekly and monitoring KPI’s.
Required qualifications:
- Hospitality or Hotel Finance Manager / Financial Controller background (minimum 2 years).
- Extremely commercial with strong understanding of hotels.
- Forward‑thinking, embraces technology.
- Natural leader who can motivate and lead a small finance team.
- Strong self‑accounting experience.
Location: Bristol (on‑site role)
Salary package: £45,000‑£55,000 per annum + annual bonus circa 15‑20% plus great company benefits.
Basis: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK on a full‑time basis. Our client does not sponsor visa applications.
