We are working with a leading Private Equity Secondaries platform, seeking 2023–2024 vintage M&A Analysts to join their high-calibre investment team in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution: Support the execution of GP-led, LP-led, and structured Secondaries deals, including financial modelling, valuation, and preparation of investment committee materials.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and fund-level due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and analysing the performance of existing investments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with fund managers, advisors, and key industry stakeholders to build strong relationships and deepen market understanding.
Candidate Profile
- 2023–2024 vintage M&A Analyst from a leading investment bank.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and presentations.
- Interest in Private Equity Secondaries investing, with a commercial and analytical mindset.
