The Role:

Join our rapidly growing recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant! You'll work alongside experienced consultants, learning the ropes of the industry while supporting the team with:

1. Managing the full recruitment cycle for permanent roles – from sourcing candidates to closing deals.
2. Building strong relationships with clients and truly understanding their hiring needs.
3. Engaging top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards.
4. Conducting interviews and matching candidates with the right long-term opportunities.
5. Providing market insights and expert recruitment advice.
6. Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.
