What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment process across digital & performance roles
• Build strong relationships with agencies & in‑house marketing teams
• Grow and nurture your own network of digital talent
• Work closely with a supportive, ambitious team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital, marketing, media or tech recruitment
• Understanding of performance marketing (PPC / Paid Social ideally)
• Strong communication & relationship‑building skills
• Organised, proactive, and target‑driven
