Overview

Recruitment Consultant – Built Environment – £35,000 to £50,000 (doe) + Guarantee + 30% Commission. Equity and excellent package for the right person.

Small but perfectly formed Built Environment supplier of permanent and contract personnel to the Construction, Multi Utilities, Civils, and Renewables sectors is seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in contract recruitment to grow a contract division. A pivotal role for the business, you will have free reign on all contract business within the established business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the contract division within the Built Environment sectors (Construction, Multi Utilities, Civils, Renewables).
• Manage and leverage existing client relationships to secure contract placements.
• Operate with a focus on temporary/contract recruitment and maintain an excellent understanding of temporary contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working on a contract Built Environment desk.
• Excellent understanding of temporary contracts.
• Desirable industry background: Renewable Energy, Construction consultancy, Building services, Transmission & Distribution, Civils, EV or Multi-Utilities.
• Permanent, full-time role based in the UK; applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
