This is a senior Registered Home Manager position within a complex care service supporting adults with highly complex needs, including acquired brain injury (ABI), spinal injuries, complex dementia, mental health conditions, and alcohol or substance dependencies.
The role is hands‑on and operational, requiring a resilient and confident manager to stabilise the service, lead ongoing development, and embed a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability.
You will be responsible for managing a challenging resident demographic, supporting and developing the care team, and ensuring safe, person‑centred care is consistently delivered. The position reports into a supportive senior management structure and offers genuine autonomy to shape the service’s future.
The role is commutable from: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Halifax, Brighouse, Pudsey, and surrounding areas.
The selection process will consist of two stages.
