We are now looking for 2x Recruitment Consultants to join our Industrial Recruitment Division.
Salary: Salary and Commission (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k+) & un‑capped commission up to 60% + Several company benefits (See below).

The Role: What you’ll be doing:
- Working as a 360 recruitment consultant, mixing Business Development (Sales) and Candidate Recruitment – you will manage your own desk: finding candidates, interviewing, taking job briefs, generating leads and pitching to new clients, and fulfilling their recruitment needs.
- Build key relationships within the industry with candidates and clients.
Requirements: What we are looking for
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial people who are financially driven.
- 360 Recruitment experience of 8 months +.
- Experience working in Recruitment, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales and customer‑facing roles.
- Well‑developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with different types of people.
- You enjoy working in a results‑oriented and targeted environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
- A graduate with at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline.
