What you will be doing?
- Attract, engage and recruit experienced tech specialists across the world
Match the best talent with our clients, in order to keep them in front of their competitors
- Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates across the world
- Work with some of the world's best‑known Finance, Retail, Energy, Automotive and Pharmaceutical brands
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and become a specialist in IT, finding your niche within the industry
- Support candidates to find and enjoy rewarding career paths
What we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a recruitment role in the IT sector
- Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
- Collaborative approach and passion for diversity
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for connecting with people
- Driven, ambitious and self‑starter mentality
- A second language fluency would be a bonus – particularly German, French, Polish, or a Nordic language.
