What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across commercial roles (customer service, administration, sales, etc.)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality candidates
- Developing your own desk and contributing to the wider business growth
- Working towards targets with full support, without micromanagement
