Salary & Package
- Entry-Level (No Recruitment Experience): £27,000, rising to £28,000 after 1 year + commission

About the Role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Proactively win new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Source, interview, and match candidates to roles while maintaining compliance standards
- Work towards achievable sales targets with full support
