Job Title: Functional Assessor (Nurse)

Job Type: Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

About the Role

As a Functional Assessor, you’ll use your clinical expertise in a new way—conducting holistic assessments to understand how a person’s disability or health condition affects their daily living. You’ll produce clear, evidence-based reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in making benefit decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered NMC Adult Nurse/Mental Health Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year’s post-registration with acute broad-based experience in the UK
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident using computer systems for report writing
• Comfortable working with a wide range of complex physical and mental health conditions
• A proactive, curious clinician eager to learn and grow

• Competitive salary of £37,800 per annum
