Who We’re Looking For
- Academically strong: AAB+ at A‑Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university
- Confident communicator: Able to engage with high‑performing candidates – from Oxbridge and Ivy League grads to senior finance leaders
- Financially motivated: Want to build real wealth early in your career (one of last year’s grads earned £100k+)
- Analytical and curious: Enjoy research and understanding how the hedge fund and private equity world operates
