What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a 360 recruitment desk with autonomy and ownership
- Building and managing long-term client relationships
- Advising law firms on recruitment strategy and talent acquisition
- Working with professionalism, energy, and a commercial mindset
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ recruitment experience (legal or professional services ideal, but not essential)
- Desire to step up into higher fees and senior placements
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Sales mindset – driven by results and performance
- Self-starter – takes initiative and ownership of your desk
- Attention to detail – operate with quality, not just speed
- Ambition – ready to push yourself and change your trajectory
